Ravenscroft advises on all aspects of acquisition projects and recommends appropriate ownership structures regarding such fundamental concerns as the matter of country of registration for either owner or vessel. We can facilitate the incorporation of such companies and can act as Corporate Secretary to any of the offshore companies, which may be involved.

Finance

Ravenscroft will expedite and prepare material in readiness for proposals to financial institutions if bank credit facilities are requested. Our staff is complemented by professionals who have served with financial institutions and banks, and by other fiscal experts who are authorities in the shipping industry.

We can provide guidance so that cash flow projections and reports correspond to anticipated bank criteria. Additionally, the experience and respect, which our financial staff has earned in the industry can advance the entire process of bank introduction, application and finally approval, with confidence and credibility.
